About Us

The Sudsy Puppy is a locally owned and operated, professional pet grooming salon. We pride ourselves on providing a peaceful, safe, and clean experience for your pets.  We service the Severna Park, Crownsville, Crofton, Odenton, Gambrills, Bowie, Edgewater and Annapolis areas.

Our staff is dedicated to their careers and skillsets. Their years of experience span from three to twenty years’ experience, each. They continue to improve their skills through continuing education and a shared learning environment.

The owner, Michelle, has dedicated her career to providing quality pet care in both the dog walking and grooming industry. In 2009, she started a mid-day dog walking and pet sitting business that serves all of Anne Arundel County. Since opening Tails on Trails, LLC, she has focused on providing superior dog walking services and has serviced over 1,200 clients in the Anne Arundel County communities.

Her walkers can be seen, in their pink shirts, walking dogs in Annapolis, Crofton, Odenton, Severn, Ft. Meade, and many other dog-friendly areas in the county. Her focus has always been providing excellent care and building relationships with her clients, staff, and the wonderful pets they care for on a daily basis.

Her desire to provide quality pet care led her to expand her services to include grooming. Since opening in 2015, The Sudsy Puppy has developed an excellent reputation with the community as well as strong client relationships in Cape St. Claire, Arnold, Pasadena, Severna Park, and Millersville. We are a trusted partner with vets throughout the county.

We recently expanded into a larger space, updated all equipment and continue to grow our client base. Our clients say wonderful things about their experience and refer new clients often.

We offer dog and cat full-service grooming, bathing, and nail care for small to extra-large dogs. We have added upgraded services that include spa treatments, shed-less remedies, and a self-wash. We look forward to seeing The Sudsy Puppy continue its reputation for exceptional grooming and overall experience.
