Job Title: Manager – strong leader with great people skills
Job Description: Lead a staff of roughly 20 professionals in the day-to-day operations of an upscale pet grooming salon and retail boutique.
About the Role: You are the leader of the people, the person who can find the answer and fix the problem. Among the responsibilities of the position are:
- Leader of People: You are the key to motivating employees, supporting their needs, fostering a culture of belonging, and ensuring their development.
- Salon Operations: You will proactively manage salon operations to include overseeing all staffed positions, monitoring cleaning and maintenance checklists, staff scheduling, and opening/closing routines.
- Communication: You are key to client and employee satisfaction and this is rooted in strong communication skills including goal setting, setting expectations,timely feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Business Acumen: You will maintain a focus on the bottom line and act to achieve revenue and production goals.

Job Title: Client Care Associate – loves working hands-on with people
Job Description: Manage the customer experience and the numerous details of the salon’s daily operations.
About the Role: You will help distinguish our company with professionalism, best practices, and deliverables that build customer loyalty. Among the responsibilities of the position are:
- Client Interaction: You will check clients in and out, discuss services offered and pricing, educate clients on products available in our retail boutique, confirm appointments, and respond to email and phone inquiries.
- Maintaining client records: You will use an online database to update vaccination status and record specific client details such as services provided and special accommodations provided or requested for future appointments.
- Salon Cleanliness: You will ensure the reception and retail areas are kept clean as well as the self-wash rooms and other duties as assigned.

Job Description: Manage the scheduling system for all groomers through an in-depth client intake process and strategic planning.

- Appointment scheduling: You will use an online database to coordinate client and groomer’s schedules to achieve a mutually desirable appointment.
- Maintaining client records: You will use the online database to update vaccination status and record specific client needs such as medication and special accommodations.
- Client communication: You will respond to email and phone inquiries, discuss services and pricing with clients, educate them on best practices of coat care and maintenance, and follow up with new and existing clients for input on their grooming experience.

Job Description: Provide professional, high-end grooming styles for dogs and cats in a modern salon with the high-end equipment, products, and talent.
About the Role: Your work will represent our company every time your furry client steps outside. Among the responsibilities of the position are:
- Bathing and Grooming: We focus heavily on educating clients on grooming maintenance and schedules to avoid shave-downs, only book a reasonable amount of grooms per day, and have bathers to assist as needed so you can focus on your technical abilities and continue to grow professionally.
- Hygiene and Wellness: We love our furry clients so we assess everyone to make sure they are healthy and educate our non-furry clients on how to better care for their unique needs.
- Equipment: All equipment, tools, and sharpening are provided and maintained – just bring your personal shears
- Support Staff: Our amazing support staff manages all the administrative aspects of the salon so you can focus on being the best stylist you can be!
About You: The ideal candidate will be a seasoned pet stylist with the following skills and experience:
- Excellent grooming skills including scissoring capabilities
- At least one year experience
- Be able to groom all sizes and breeds
- Stable work history
- Cat grooming a plus, but not required
Job Title: Grooming Assistant/Dog Bather (hourly wage plus tips)
Job Description: You will provide bathing services for furry clients who do not require grooming services. Additionally, you will support the pet stylist on high-volume days by bathing furry clients awaiting grooming.
About the Role: This position offers competitive pay that includes tips. Additional bonuses are available for add-on services. Among the responsibilities of the position are:
- Bathing: You will provide pet bathing and deshedding treatments for small and large dogs, nail trimming and dremeling, cleaning ears, etc…
- Maintain Salon Cleanliness: Continuous vacuuming of hair, cleaning and disinfecting bathing tubs and dog kennels between use, as well as cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous salon/grooming experience
- VERY apt at multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities at one time.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must!
- An interest in pursuing a career in grooming

About the Role: The cleanliness of our salon is directly attributed to its productivity, is essential to good health and preventing the spread of germs, and creates an overall positive energy. Among the responsibilities of the position are:
- Maintain Salon Cleanliness: Continuous vacuuming of hair, cleaning and disinfecting bathing tubs and dog kennels between use, as well as cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
- Laundry: This includes washing, drying, and folding towels
- Other Duties: Assist the pet stylists and client care associates as needed and assist with retail displays.
About You: The ideal candidate for this position is:

- Able to work part-time, afternoon only shifts
